1 part Chamomile

2 parts Tulsi (Holy Basil)
relieves stomach aches, stress, anxiety, mild colds and diminished appetite.
1 part Lavender
calms the spirits. Soothes insomnia, palpitations, anxiety and depression.
1 part Rooibos
Strengthens metabolism and circulation. Relieves cramps, indigestion and diarrhea. Encourages restful sleep
1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Combine 5-6 teaspoons of herbs to 1 cup of hot water and steep for 5-10 minutes. Optional~Top tea with almond milk and 1 pinch of cinnamon.
