  • 2 bananas
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 handful spinach

Melissa’s Favorite Breakfast Smoothie

  • 2-3 carrots
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1.5 cups of water or milk/yogurt
  • 1-3 tbs protein powder, chia seeds, or ground flax seeds (optional)
