DESCRIPTION
From abolition to climate justice, from queer liberation to food sovereignty, our struggles for a world of dignity, empowerment, and sustainability are intertwined. Those of us on the front lines of social and environmental change understand the need to periodically step out of our everyday context to rejuvenate, strategize, and connect. At Soul Fire Farm, we are pleased to offer our campus and farm as a setting for that work, inspiration, and restoration. Please complete this form to request use of our space for your organization’s internal gathering or community event.

How do I request use of Soul Fire Farm’s space?
Please complete this form with details about your gathering and we will schedule a meeting to further explore whether we can accommodate your request. We are more likely to accommodate requests that are SFF mission aligned and made at least 60 days in advance. Please read this FAQ carefully before completing the form.

Will Soul Fire Farm provide staff for my event?
A SFFI staff person will greet you, orient you to the spaces, and be available for questions. You will be responsible for setup, cleanup, heating and serving your meals, and facilitating your programs. You may request additional services from our staff, and we will let you know if it’s possible to accommodate your request and any associated costs.

What is the rental cost?
Soul Fire Farm charges a sliding scale of $100-500 per day for use of the campus. Money will not be a barrier. Our goal is for our Beloved Community to have access to this beautiful space for mission-aligned programming regardless of assets.
Do you offer overnight accommodations?
We anticipate being able to offer overnight accommodations beginning in the fall of 2025. We will have rustic, comfortable, farmhouse rooms with double occupancy in each room. There are 13 twin beds and 3 full beds, with floor space for an additional 2 people. Facilities have shared bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Once available, the cost for overnight indoor accommodations will be $20/person/night. Guests provide their own linens, towels, and toiletries.
