Taína Spicer (all pronouns), Farm & Kitchen Assistant Manager, is an artist, teacher, farmer, & chef who loves microplanes, slugs, fermentation, and cooking over fire.
After working in both the agricultural and restaurant industries for over a decade, they wanted to shift toward a more sustainable and community-oriented relationship with both fields. By reclaiming ancestral foodways, cultivating crops, teaching others, and reimagining the ways elevated cooking and community building can coexist, they are committed to ensuring everyone takes their rightful seat at the table.
